This option includes an initial training program individualized to you based on a questionnaire filled out by you. This options includes a check-in each week to determine the need for modifications or progressions to continue to improve towards your desired goal. The client can chose to continue weekly or stop the weekly check-ins when he/she is ready to take the program on their own at any time.
This is for individuals who prefer to check-in each week to determine they are training and progressing appropriately with the option to progress their training program as he/she improves their overall fitness. This option suites beginners for more check-ins or for clients that want to progress quicker.
Check-ins will be performed via email or phone depending on preference.
Price-$25 for initial program, $15 for each weekly update
