MY APPROACH
I provide INDIVIDUALIZED training programs to people of all fitness levels and people of all ages striving to improve their physical health and fitness. I will tailor your program to the amount of time/days available, to your specific goals and to your available resources whether you want to perform home work outs with equipment or you are a member of a gym. These programs can be made to improve strength, improve body composition, lose weight or to train for your next running race. Package options available to further individualize your program by having weekly or monthly check-ins to modify or progress your program.
ABOUT ME
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UW-La Crosse. I have been a physical therapist for almost 6 years, have been certified in dry needling, and have a passion to help people improve their physical health. Additionally, I am passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their training or sports performance goals.
