ABOUT ME
I currently live in Sauk City, WI with my wife of 6 years, Hana, and our 5-year-old son, 1-year-old son and soon-to-be daughter due in April. We have lived here for approximately 5 years and have grown to love this town and its supportive community. I'm used to the small-town feel as I grew up in neighboring Spring Green, WI, and visit that area very often since my parents, grandparents, in-laws, and many other family members live there. I grew up playing many sports throughout my childhood continuing into high school. Athletics taught me many life lessons like teamwork, leadership, as well as the importance of practice and improving physical health/fitness in order to improve performance.
This lead me to choose physical therapy as a career. I finished my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the UW-La Crosse. After three years of graduate school, I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the UW-La Crosse and have been practicing for almost 6 years in Reedsburg, WI.
Over the many years of sports in high school, exercise science classes in college, completing physical therapy school and practicing as a doctor of physical therapy for the past 6 years, I have developed a passion for fitness and improving physical health through exercise. I have seen the difficulties and struggles that people go through when trying to start a training program or when not achieving the results they are striving for from a training program. Many training programs sold to consumers are "cookie-cutter" approaches and are not necessarily right for everyone. Many training programs claims that are sold to consumers are unrealistic. I am re-shaping PT on Demand in order to improve your ability to attain the right training program for you if you desire to improve your physical health, fitness or overall quality of life.
